RAY CHAMBERLAIN

Founder and Director

Ray is the Founder and Director of Chamberlain+Co. After several years of cutting his teeth in the finance industry, Ray saw an opportunity to combine his successful background in education with his passion for finance and tailor a service that provides customers with a level of comfort and, critically, understanding throughout the mortgage process.

A fully accredited member of the MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia) and AFL Field Umpire, Ray is intensely passionate and committed to the ideals of transparency and integrity.

    Bringing all her inside knowledge of the big banks, Bec Allan is channelling her experience to the advantage of Chamberlain+Co’s clients.

    For the last two years, Bec has been building a business that empowers and educates women in financial literacy and business mentoring, bringing a complete and holistic approach to lending and investment that perfectly aligns with Chamberlain + Co’s fairness in finance motto.

    Bringing an extensive list of skills and experience, Bec is a lending pro that sees the business as a way to enable people and help them realise their full financial potential or set them on the right path to financial independence.

    Fit as a fiddle, Bec acknowledges her Crossfit addiction as a way of life, “It’s my passion!”

    Outside of the gym, Bec has a beautiful little girl and is dedicated to creating wonderful memories and experiences for her.

    Client Services

    Former NRL and English Super League player who played professionally from 2001 – 2018, Joel’s distinguished career included five test appearances for Australia and 3 State of Origin matches for NSW along with multiple leading try-scoring awards.

    Having retired from his professional sporting endeavours, Joel moved to Melbourne to embark on a new career in the finance industry, with the same zeal and ambition he applied to his sporting career. His attention to detail and discipline forged through two decades of elite performance in his professional sporting career have transitioned seamlessly into his role within Chamberlain+Co.

    Joel is also a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and carries its values of advocacy and education with our client’s best interests at the forefront.
